4. Your account

Access to your dashboard is secured via a magic link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that email address secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Upload files containing malware, malicious scripts, or content designed to harm others.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by QueryFanOuts or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of analysis results, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated insights are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional SEO advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryFanOuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
